These Terms cover your use of the Mountainmajesticlodge website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property rights

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Mountainmajesticlodge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
