Sea breeze, unhurried mornings, lingering tables
Meals that stretch on, a floor for fortune's favour, and a shoreline that restores you. We opened in 1996 and have altered very little, deliberately.
View AvailabilityWelcome without spectacle.
We have little patience for flourish. The flowers stay fresh because they ought to. The robe feels substantial because it ought to. The kitchen stays open until the last guest is ready, not until the menu clock says otherwise. The work that counts is the work you never notice — and that is the work we put first.
There is a way to do this craft and a way not to. Over 30 years we have chosen one and held to it. Every person on our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what good looks like. That is not something a building can invent alone. It comes from people.
We hope you will visit and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so that the next 30 years surpass the last.
Favoured by guests who seldom leave reviews
“Attention that arrives before you ask. Every detail felt arranged for me alone.”
“The dinner alone justified the journey. We are already reserved for next spring.”
“Every member of staff appeared to care in earnest, and that is not something you can pretend.”
Rooms with a vista, and a purpose
Every key is meant to be a place you choose to linger, not merely a place to sleep.
All of it, a few steps from your door
Dining, wellness, gaming and the shoreline share one private estate. Your concierge will chart the rest.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towel service throughout the day. Guests under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the others stay quiet by design.
Resort Experience
Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a service team schooled at the finest houses in Europe. From baccarat to roulette, every table is led by a dealer who has worked our floor for at least five years. Discretion is not a perk here. It is the foundation.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining levels facing west, arranged so that no two tables ever look directly at each other. Golden hour here lasts about forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons, no observers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts arrange transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership arrives by invitation, yet a single weekend stay is often enough to receive one.
